Plastpol 2021 — the September edition during the pandemic
The 25th edition of Plastpol took place from 21 to 23 September 2021. According to the organizer, 300 exhibitors from 22 countries took part and almost 6,000 people visited the fair.

The pandemic moved the fair's dates for the second time: Plastpol 2021 was postponed from May to September and took place from 21 to 23 September. According to the organizer, 300 exhibitors from 22 countries took part on more than 4,000 m² of space, and almost 6,000 people visited the fair. The edition was twice the size of the previous one.
The fair opened with a PlasticsEurope Polska conference. According to the foundation's report, the plastics industry in Poland proved resilient to the pandemic: jobs were maintained, and demand for plastics in 2020 was estimated at 3.7 million tonnes.
PlasticsEurope representatives emphasised that the pandemic had not changed the main priorities: climate protection and closed raw material loops.
