Privacy policy

Effective from 1 January 2026.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Colorton sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Przemysłowa 50, 05-311 Dębe Wielkie, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000941637, NIP (VAT) 822-239-07-38, REGON 520785790.

For matters concerning personal data you can contact us by email: biuro@colorton.pl, by phone: +48 25 307 00 81, or by post at our registered office.

2. What data we collect

We process only the data you provide to us yourself:

  • through the contact form or the sample request form — name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message,
  • in email correspondence and phone calls — the data you share in them,
  • during recruitment — the data contained in the CV and cover letter you send.

Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry or prepare an offer.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • replying to enquiries, preparing offers and sending samples — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with customers),
  • performing contracts and meeting legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR,
  • establishing, pursuing or defending claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • recruitment — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for data required by the Polish Labour Code and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for other data and future recruitment.

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for the duration of our correspondence and then until any claims become time-barred. Data related to contracts is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Candidate data is kept until the recruitment ends and, if you consent, also for future recruitment until you withdraw that consent.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. It may be received only by entities that help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary: the provider of website hosting and form handling, email providers, courier companies (when shipping samples), our accounting office and legal advisers. Public authorities may also receive data where required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we process data on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

7. Cookies and third-party services
