Plastpol 2020 — a smaller autumn edition under sanitary rules
Because of the pandemic, the 24th edition of Plastpol was moved from May to 6–8 October 2020. In its reduced format, 147 companies from 12 countries took part.
The 24th International Fair of Plastics and Rubber Processing, Plastpol, took place from 6 to 8 October 2020 in a reduced format and under stricter sanitary rules. 147 companies from 12 countries exhibited.
Exhibitors emphasised that despite its smaller size, the fair remained an effective business platform and an opportunity for face-to-face meetings. As usual, the production process could be seen on running machines at the stands.
A new feature was the BioTworzywa (Bioplastics) zone with biodegradable, compostable and bio-based products.
