K 2019 — the circular economy as the main topic
K 2019 took place in Düsseldorf from 16 to 23 October 2019. Around 225,000 trade visitors from 165 countries visited 3,330 exhibitors from 63 countries.
The eight-day K 2019 ended in Düsseldorf on 23 October 2019. According to Messe Düsseldorf's final report, 3,330 exhibitors from 63 countries presented their offer and around 225,000 trade visitors from 165 countries attended.
The organizer described the circular economy as the most important topic of the fair. Visitors were particularly interested in recycling systems, sustainable raw materials and resource-saving processes. Exhibitors emphasised the need for working material loops along the entire value chain.
According to the organizer, visitors showed a strong willingness to invest in new technologies.
